Issues Editing in New Form

Among the many issues this new form has, I also discovered today that I cannot change the section after publishing.  It's like any changes I want to make after publishing don't take.  VERY frustrating.  I'm not sure if this is where I should post this issue?

I believe this is a newer issue.  It has just been shared here by a few other sellers.  Check to see if this specific issue has been posted in the forums Technical Problems section.  If so, add to that thread with the problems you are having.  Etsy scans this area.  This will help Etsy know what complications sellers are having so they'll have the opportunity to fix them.   You can also contact chat and have them open a ticket directed at the technical team working on this program.

Same thing. I wanted to move some items to my sale section and Etsy does not allow me to make any changes in the listings. I get an error message all the time.

I tried to change the description on a couple of my listings and it wouldn't let me publish saying the weight section pounds has to be greater that 1. My packages are 4 ounces. So It won't take any changes right now.

@LindasJewelryShop: This issue has been reported many times recently in this forum. The "solution" seems to be to make sure that the pounds field is blank rather than zero.

I've noticed the same thing.

I end up publishing the listing ... and then using the bulk edit tool or the quick edit tool to put it in the correct section.

In addition to all the extra keystrokes ... it's a lot more time to list now.

It this was a company tool, we'd be going for efficiency ... given how valuable human resources are. I guess when Etsy publishes a tool that doesn't directly impact their resource utilization ... efficiency doesn't matter.
