Can't update my listings

I did some work on one of my listings and I got the following error: "Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support." I tried and repeatedly got the same message.

I exited the listings, refreshed my Etsy page in case I somehow got logged out, went back to the listing, did all of the updates again- and got the same message.

BTW, I had done similar edits to a different listing just a few minutes before this error message and it went through successfully.

@DigitalFlowersCrafts   Are you using the new listing page?  This happened to me - and who has time for that?

Revert to the old listing format.

Same goes with the new app - if that's where you're having issues, use the browser site for mobile.

I didn't have a problem with the new listing page until now. I reverted to the old listing format and was able to do my edits. Thanks!

I am having this very issue right now. It's maddening because I have the time to do it right now. I am new to Etsy, has  this been a persistent problem for you? Did it resolve itself? Any suggestions?

I am having same issue & 2 inquiries to etsy support were not helpful.
