Hi
I'm just wondering if anyone else is having issue with the badges they qualify for as part of star seller such as speedy reply, rave reviews and smooth dispatch (but not over all star seller badge) not showing? I've reached out a number times and was told on Friday that I do qualify for them and they should be showing in 24hrs once the system had updated but nothing. I reached out again as suggested and now waiting to hear why they aren't showing. So sounds like a technical issue. When I did qualify for the over all Star seller badge, it didn't show and had to reach out to Etsy to get it resolved. These badges have been showing for a while as have 100% scores. Just wondering if anyone else is having similar issues? All very confusing. Would be lovely to have these individual badges showing on my shop when people visit. Seen them on other shops when I have purchased.

We've double-checked your Star Seller for the previous and the current month, we can then confirm that you haven't reached the minimum orders. Please know you still need to have received and fulfilled at least 5 orders within a review period to receive any of the badges. Orders that are canceled will not be counted toward Star Seller. You can double-check this by going to Shop Manager > Star Seller. The Order section will not appear in your dashboard if you've already met the 5-order minimum.

@RebekahAnnUK That's frustrating - I hope you figure it out! Are you sure you made the minimum in sales the previous 3 months?

Hi :). So frustrating. Yeah, i've had it confirmed by two etsy employees who have been trying to help me. Just wondered how many other people are effected.

you also need the min number of sales, and value of sales.
The next calculation will be done on 1st of October
the badges currently showing are for june/july/aug

That's for star seller. If you have 100% score for the others but not achieved over all star seller, you have still achieved the individual badges and they should be showing in shop under the banner, they are only seen if someone visits your store.

it's not,
if you don't have either the number of sales, or the £/$ of sales, etsy doesn't show any of the badges
My other shop has badges that don't show, because I am under the $
when I was over two months ago, it showed 2 of the three badges (I missed the star one)
but without both number, and value, no badges are shown

Did you just qualify? If so, badges are awarded on the first of the month, so you would be awarded the badge on October 1st.

Hi
I've qualified for the individual badges month on month for a long time. The individual badges show under your banner in your shop, even without over all star seller badge. Been told its an error with the system and that they should be showing. First told to wait 24hrs for system to update. Just wondered who else was experiencing these issue.
Hopefully it'll update ok for October. Here hoping

To be eligible to earn any of these badges, you must also meet the orders, sales, and shop tenure requirements: 10 orders and $300 in sales (before shipping and taxes) within the three month review period. Been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale.
