Issue with national and international pricing Probleme avec tarification nationale et internationale

Hello everyone,

I have an issue that is causing me significant harm. My national and international pricing changes on its own, even though I do not manually modify my product listing. As a result, in a recent sale to the United States, the buyer purchased an item for €80 instead of €110, which would have allowed me to cover my higher shipping costs for international orders.

Do you know what could be causing this bug? And what recourse do I have with Etsy regarding this particular sale?

J'ai un problème qui me porte un réel préjudice. Mes tarifications nationales et internationales changent d'elles même et cela même si je n'apporte pas de changement manuel dans ma fiche produit. Il en résulte que sur une vente récente pour les états unis, l'acheteur a acheté un objet 80 euros au lieu de 110 me permettant de payer mes frais de livraison plus élevés pour l'étranger.

Sauriez vous à quoi est dû ce bug ? Et quel sont les recours que j'ai auprès d'Etsy dans le cadre de cette vente en particulier ?

Did the buyer use a coupon, do you offer free shipping, is it currency conversion?

Go to your Payment account and buyer's invoice to see.

You will need to speak with Etsy to sort it out.

Hello, I think I found the problem: as soon as you change ANYTHING in your listing, changing some text or even cropping a picture a bit smaller, the global pricing will disappear, but you only see this when you open the listing. the two different prices will appear ok on the general listing page. The solution is you remove global price option, save the listing and then open it again, reset domestic and global pricing and save it. I did this and it worked. Remember this problem will happen again if you change anything in that listing. Claudia

This is a well known problem.  It happened to me yet again yesterday, so this morning I contacted Etsy support and asked for a refund for all the money I've lost over the last year due to this issue.  To my surprise they refunded me straight away!  So you may wish to do that, and the more of us keep requesting refunds, the quicker they may solve the issue!

Yes I was aware, thank you.  So annoying!  I have now removed all my global/domestic pricing and just increased my international shipping costs.  I know it might affect my sales but fingers crossed!
