Is this spam?

I've recently gotten a couple of messages that tell me my shop sales are suspended and while they have etsy branding on them.

"We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is necessary to inform you that your store is presently under a temporary susреnsion. To reinstate your store's ability to accept orders, we kindly request that you complete an additional verifiсаtion process. To initiate this procedure, please shаre your emaiI аddrеss with us in this chat, and we will promptly send you the verifiсаtion form. Your cooperation in this matter is highly valued.

Best wishes."

This and the other message aren't in the "from etsy" folder and I am unable to respond to it. It gives me a window saying "The username you have entered is not a valid Etsy user."

I haven't been using ETSY much but my store is active and I'm a bit confused about what's happening. I'm pretty sure this is spam. Can anyone confirm that for me?

Yes, it's spam. The reason you can't respond is that etsy already identified the scammers and deleted the account.

Are you reading the information Etsy has on spam?  Do you see the notice on messages?  Are you relying only on email delivery of messages.  If the app which is missing vital information, check a browser.

You can spam only through a browser.  Also there is a file that is strictly for Etsy messages.  If not from that folder, it is a scam.
