Is this a scam?

Hi, I had this message from Etsy support and I think it’s a scam. What do you think? 

Sales on your shop are temporarily suspended to complete verification. Please enter your email address in this chat so we can send you a verification form.

I’m now worried that you can’t buy anything on my shop. I know it’s irrational and it probably is a scam but can somebody reassure me please.

Scam. Etsy has your email address

REAL messages from etsy will be in the "from etsy" section of your inbox. Check on a browser or computer, as it's not on the app.

It's a total SCAM, which has been going around since mid summer. Mark it as spam and do not engage.

If/when etsy needs to verify anything, they notify you on your dashboard.
