Yes, it’s a scam. Look how they tried to hide the words ‘email address’

Yes, it's a SCAM. Lots of them going around. They are mainly targeting new shops.

Mark the message as SPAM.

If you receive any that say they are from Etsy (support, staff, stuff etc.), look to see if it's in the 'from Etsy' section of your message inbox.

Spam it. Definite scam.

Any problems with payments, direct the 'buyer' to Etsy. Tell them sellers do not have anything to do with payments. Legit buyers will, scammers will try again or move on.
