Hi,
I can't upload a shop icon to my new shop. The image size meets the criteria, and I've also tried multiple images and nothing loads, it's like the upload button is dead. All my other images on Etsy have loaded ok, it's just this one.
I've tried using a different browser and have gone through the list of possibilities but nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated.
