Hi there, is there anyone whose messages are being wrongly classified as spam? Customers say they don't receive my replies. Most of the time, the messages end up in spam and disappear. It's really driving me crazy. I asked through chat, and they said it's an error, but what am I supposed to do about it?

Yes! This is happening all the time still. For me, tends to happen mostly with corporate clients or B2B clients. Maybe it has to do with the type of email address they have? This is the only thing I can think of.
Thank you for your response! In my case, these issues are happening with individual customers. I am receiving their messages normally, but they are not receiving my replies. It seems that I am being classified as spam. I am running a store that maintains a star seller status, so this is very frustrating.
Yes, we have this issue. We are currently bombarding Etsy support with a request for help.
They say they are looking into it.... >.<
