I have been trying to contact Etsy support but am not able to file any kind of customer service request. I am brought to the Etsy Help Center which is less helpful than desired

Is there anyone who knows how to adjust the time zone for your store? Every morning when I click on stats for "today" it will say ~30 visits. After 4:00PM my time (PST), the stats for "today" say 0 and show the incorrect date (tomorrows date). Does anyone know how to correct this? I worry it will affect shipping/response time stats/etc.
Go to your Dashboard > Settings > Options and scroll down to the bottom ''current time zone''. Choose the time zone closest to you from the dropdown and 'save'.

What timezone are my Stats shown in?
Hourly stats from today, yesterday, or the past two days are in your own time zone. All other time frames appear in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). You can change your time zone by choosing Update time zone at the bottom of Explore your data.
