5 Star Review Glitch?

I recently made a sale that went very well, having gone the extra mile on this particular transaction. For this, I was very surprised to see a glowing written review but accompanied by a 4-star rating. 

When I asked this customer what I might have done better, they said "nothing, it was perfect!". When I asked about the 4 stars, they were genuinely surprised and assumed it was an error on their part and said they would fix it right away. They then got back to me and said they had tried three times in a row to change it to 5, but could not get it to stop reading 4. It is now stuck on 4. 

Is this a thing that is happening to others?

Hi, ask them to modify their review (wording) and then click 5 stars.  I had this bug a few months ago.

They have to click on the fifth star and not do them one by one.  Ask them to make a slight change to the review.  That may help.

If they did that on the app, sometimes it glitches. 

And honestly I would not inqure about a 4 star as some buyers may decide to lower the stars rather than raising them.

It probably is a glitch.  Depending on the type of phone, some will only see 4 stars.  This has been a problem for many years.  Fortunately, it rarely happens.
