Is shipping down? "Label failed to purchase"

We can't purchase any labels either.  Whenever we try, it tells us "you failed to purchase a label".

I wish they would think about the times they try to update the platform or "make improvements"...  Monday afternoon is when everyone is trying to print labels, respond to messages, etc.  How about doing some of this stuff between 1am and 5am??!?

Me too - trying to mark everything I sent today, but it says Hmmm can’t complete. Glad it’s not only me. Mine says everything must ship today - before it was all 12 days out. I actually did send everything today, but can’t mark it complete. Do you think it will clear up later?

As soon as everyone started posting about the issue I headed over to PirateShip and purchased two shipping labels. I have an order that the buyer needs ASAP and I promised I'd mail it tomorrow. When I came back to Etsy the site was slowly coming back up but one of my orders didn't register as complete from PirateShip (the other one did though, strange). I had to manually add the tracking number.
