Is global pricing broken?

I'm a Canadian seller and I have a price set for domestic and another price set for everywhere else. I've had several USA buyers in the last few weeks and all of them have been charged with my domestic price. Is this feature broken or does Etsy consider USA orders placed with Canadian sellers as domestic and not everywhere else? Thx.

Re: Is global pricing broken?

No, it's just broken, like everything else around here. I don't think it has ever worked properly, consistently.

Re: Is global pricing broken?

Yes, Global Pricing has been broken since Day 1.

Etsy is well aware of this but has not seemed able to fix it. Some Sellers have reportred in Forum discussion that they were reimbursed by Etsy for any ffinancial loss they incurred when customers were undercharged due to Global Pricing so it is worth raising a complaint if you are affected.

Re: Is global pricing broken?

@BrambleBunnyDesigns: As others have pointed out, this has been an issue for a long time and there are many many threads about it in this forum https://community.etsy.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?filter=location&q=global%20pricing&locat...

Some of the threads do have temporary workarounds as well as reports that Etsy will, sometimes, reimburse sellers.
