How to get the shop manager column off the page

Hello,

The shop manager column is on the page with my listings. I can seem to get it off of the page. This has never happened before and I’d like to get the page back to normal without this blocking part of my page.

Restart your browser, clear your browsing history. Log out of Etsy then log back in.

I had that on i-pad. is ok on laptop/firefox.

@lloBelleDesign  They just rolled out a new format. Not sure if its permanent or a test. I just got mine today. The drop-down in the shop manager dashboard has a down caret and the section expands down, rather than to the right. I wonder if that's why you're having an issue.

On a browser, click the << icon to minimise the shop manager side menu.

@Natalya1905 Yes, I seem to have the << on the tablet and 3 lines on the desktop - both using Chrome.

@lloBelleDesign    Amaradorn had the right solution!  On the upper left, click on those arrows.  It will disappear.  When you go to shop manager, click on it again to bring it back.  I was so happy to get that solution a week ago!

My pages are back to normal! I turned off my iPad and when I turned it back on I cleared my history. I now have a full page without the shop manager showing up. Thanks to all for your suggestions!

@lloBelleDesign Sometimes you just have to turn it off and on again. It's one of the first things I try when debugging IT issues, after restarting the app. Clearing browser history/cache is also a good one.

Since my last post my shop has now changed back to the way it was with the caret horizontal
