Is anyone having a very difficult time with Etsy customer support lately?

They are not responding to my emails regarding an important issue with my seller account.  I had someone on the phone with etsy 2 weeks ago, who told me an account specialist would reach out which they never did, nor have they responded to my last couple help requests.  I've been an etsy seller for a long time and have been extremely disappointed and frustrated.  Has anyone else had an issue like this?

I had a request by email that I put in 2 months ago and after the initial request for info to be sure it was my account, they never responded. I did keep responding to that same help request, but nothing. I finally used the callback and it was taken care of on the spot. You can try this link:

Yes. I am actually waiting for a person to chat with again. I was assured Etsy would get back to me with a solution and  that did not happen. Do better, Etsy.

@AntiqueSportsShop good idea to start a new post. Also, chat support seems to not function all of the time so I would try again later. Hope it all gets worked out.

If it were me...I think I would put the shop on vacation until this gets figured out.  Your funds are going to go to someone else's account.

Going on for 3 weeks now with zero help from etsy support.  I talked to representatives twice who told me an account specialist would reach out to me, which never happened.   Shameful 8 years of seller fees earned this little seller support.

I have been trying to get this done for a month. I have had two replies to my desperate emails, In one the responder never got back with me after I gave them information to help expedite a so

lution. The second time I got a response was last evening after I was already in bed. I responded this morning answering more questions, and at this point have heard nothing more. I anticipate being suspended given Etsy's irresponsibility. 

Meanwhile I have placed my shop in vacation mode, because I can't get paid for any sales. I continue to get folks browsing my shop and had a request from a longstanding customer to reserve an item.

I agree the lack of real support is shameful, and I am planning to begin selling on Ebay and another site this weekend, because it looks like Etsy is not going to come through. This comes after years of selling.

At this point if anyone asks me if they should seriously consider selling on Etsy, my answer would be "no", If Etsy does follow through after I have given them what they want, that might change.

YES I AM HAVING  THE SAME ISSUE DON'T PAY THEM ANY MORE LISTING FEES THEY WILL NOT UPDATE THE LISTING NOT GIVE THE REFUNDS. NO RESPOND FROM THEM 10 DAYS AGO.

Lately?  I don't think Etsy has ever had decent customer service.  

On a scale of 1 to 10 they're somewhere around negative 12.

Yes, I cannot get help for the life of me. I'm considering finding an alternative to Etsy because I feel like they take our money and then won't fix bugs that affect sales.
