I just created an Etsy store and I cannot upload my profile picture. I created a design with another app, and I've downloaded the image in multiple formats. I've tried in png and jpg. It meets all the requirements, but I when i upload and try to save, it takes me to a separate screen saying "the site can't be reached". If I reload the page it says there was an issue with your file. Can someone please shed some light on this as it is extremely frustrating. Thank you.
