Is anyone else experiencing shipping stat errors for Star Seller

My shipping stats are all off and it is effecting my Star Seller. It has packages going out late and they did not and it says some did not have tracking when they did. I pulled up the list from that Star Seller page and downloaded the document and it is way off. Also, I buy all my labels through Etsy so they automatically have tracking numbers.  Very frustrating.

My Star Seller shipping just went down to 96% but I shipped on time with tracking. That's what happens when Artificial Intelligence is put in charge. The order was supposed to ship 4/26 (yesterday) and it did...from tracking info: Departed Post Office. BELLWOOD, IL 60104   April 26, 2023, 5:36 pm.  When I tried to "chat" with the "seller help" to fix this they didn't help at all. Susan/PlanetSusan
