I have no idea what's going on! I am having massive issues with Etsy running at a snail's pace.
I have tried several browsers, several computers and devices, and it's the same issue every time when trying to complete an order and print labels! No matter what you click it just won't open and when it does takes 30-40 secs to actually open. When I click on drop-downs or options again it just hangs. It's taken me 3 hours to complete 6 orders, I can usually do that in 30 minutes!
I opened a chat, and each time I typed it logged the message twice, again with lag.
I have done all the advised cache cleaning etc
but its made no difference.
Im tearing my hair out now! totally ground to a holt!
