Is Etsy down?  

This is the first time I've seen this message when trying to get to my dashboard, orders, listings, etc.

My newer messages aren’t loading but I can see old ones from months ago. The website loads and the app loads but only old stuff. It did this all weekend. The only way I could reply was using the link in the email that notified me that I had a message. What the heck is going on?

A few minutes ago, I couldn't get Etsy to load.

I restarted my computer and am now having better luck.

I'm never sure when this happens if this is Etsy or lots of network traffic.

There is probably going to be extra traffic on Etsy and elsewhere the next couple weeks with all the tariff questions/concerns around the world. What a mess!

I've logged out then restarted laptop ... that didn't help

@MyDaydreamingHeart   Probably your internet service.  Too much traffic perhaps.  Bandwidth may not be enough.  ISP workers may be in the area.

Etsy is not down; if it were, the site would not load at all. Stating the obvious, did you try refreshing the page? I checked my dashboard and have no issues. Failing that, clear your cache. Also, you did not mention which browser you use.

Yes, did all that.  Plus logged out and restarted laptop before logging back in

@MyDaydreamingHeart   can you try another browser to see if it is browser-specific? Also, which browser are you using?

I don’t think it’s Etsy. I just processed three orders, including Etsy packing slips and labels, with no problem. That was on my laptop using Firefox, but I can also access everything on my iPad using Safari.

I’m in Canada and yes my views are down but I’m still getting orders and have orders where only 10 views or visits. Check your Seo.

This was happening to me all weekend on chrome on my laptop. I fixed this by removing my shortcut to ETSY and adding it back.

I’ve had zero views/visitors sales two days in a row 🤷🏻‍
