Invoice link missing

Hello,

A customer is asking for a invoice of her purchase. I can't find anywhere a link to send her the invoice of her purchase? 

She is also asking to change the address is that possible?

Etsy doesn’t provide invoices for physical items, only for digital downloads where VAT was charged. You need to provide the invoice to the costumer.
