After losing our Star Seller status, I was confused to see that I had two messages which I had not responded to at all during December.
On investigation the two help requests in question do not show at all in my message history (screen shots taken). They show when I search for then using the links in the stats, but not in my inbox, help request list or any other list. On replying to one of them it now shows, but this is not going to restore our Star Seller status.
Has anyone else seen this issue, and can we appeal in this type of scenario?
