That's an issue your end.  Either clear your cookies and your cache or try another browser.  Firefox is the supported browser although I don't use it myself.

Etsy supports Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

Check your ISP.  It may not be working well with Chrome.  Tryc cleaning out cache and cookies.  Resetting modem.  Make sure your browser is up to date.  Check for any extensions that might be hampering.

Etsy supports Chrome as well as the two other major browsers. Safari too but some have had issues with Safari.

@PaintandPosiesDesign: There have also been reports that some browser extensions cause issues with Etsy - Sales Samurai has been mentioned several times.
