This morning someone made an order and two hours later messaged me to cancel it.
I hadn’t had time to process or pack it.
I clicked ‘cancel order’ which refunded the customer, I got the email saying the refund was given but yet the order has stayed in my new orders.
I have the option to cancel the order again but it wants to refund the customer again which means I’ll be out that money.
it looks like my only option is to ‘complete order’ but then it wants shipping info.
how can I fix this issue?

I contacted Etsy customer service through the chat option and they were able to fix the issue.
I'm having the same issue! But my customer is also saying that he got Etsy credit and not the credit card credit he was expecting. If we're keeping commerce human, then why are there no phone numbers to talk to humans available on Etsy? ugh
