I opened a live chat 3 days ago and am still awaiting a response!! The new form as many other people have pointed out has never worked correctly for setting different domestic & international pricing. I have repeatedly reported this prior to the old form being discontinued and was told it is a known issue. The last support person I spoke to credited my account with the under payment but it just keeps happening and now I can not contact support at all. Can anyone assist as this has been going on since the new form was first introduced and nothing seems to be being done about it.
I have now been waiting 4 days for a live chat response. Is this no longer working?
I had a live chat where they said they would follow up by email, but they did not.
Over a week later I discovered they had raised a Support Request on my behalf but it had already been closed because I had not responded.
It might be worth checking. Go to the Help Center, then click on your avatar at the top right and you will see the link.
Nope nothing showing there either. No live chat for all of July now 🥲
