I cannot believe this bug still exists. I reported this bug to Etsy months ago who recognised it was a real issue and were supposedly investigating. Months later and I still encounter the same bug after having sold several items to international customers for domestic prices. It leaves me in the awkward position of either refunding customers and explaining what's happened, or just getting on with the order at very little profit, which I'm choosing the latter for. And I know it's not just happening to me as I was reading threads from others about it before, and also my wife who runs a shop has encountered this bug too.
I'll have to just check my listing prices on a daily basis until there's any confirmation of this bug being fixed, though I'm not holding out much hope given how this absolutely critical bug has just been left unfixed for so long.

It might be linked to to the work Etsy has been carrying out on dispatch as Other, seems like the platform is built like dominoes knock one over and it will have knock on effect somewhere else
I noticed this last week. It definitely wasn't me as it was items I haven't touched for ages as I've sold them for years.
I came to the conclusion before that it seems to happen more often with the "new" listing page rather than the old, so I use that for editing listings etc but it still seems to happen randomly every now and then. This time it really frustrated me as I managed to let about 8 orders slip the net before I realised they had sold for the domestic price rather than international- not great for sending from UK to Australia and America, substantial difference in price
Yes, Now it is worst than earlier. On your dashboard in offer panel you can see different for your and other countries right prices and in single listing edited in new version too. But if You look at your listing in the browser the prices can be wrong for selected country
Only in old listing version of the offer you can see what prices and where Etsy makes visible.
You have to update and save your listing prices in old version.
An what more? –any changing in single listing, for example number of items or tag, may cause price changes upon saving.
Previously international prices changed to lower domestic prices, recently some my domestic prices have decreased by several euros without any reason.
What can you do? You need to set on etsy website the country which prices you want to see, This is impossible in the App.
Each day control the prices especially when you make any other changes in your shop. This is current situation. It can change ofcourse.
I'm already losing patience, lately there have been constant problems even with login.
Yes I find that too that on the listing page all looks fine, then if I click an individual listing the price on there is wrong. It seems such a major problem to have gone ignored, I'm very surprised
This bug has been awful. We've got a big thread going here that we're trying to draw attention to so that Etsy would just give us some acknowledgement that they know it's an issue and that they're doing something about it but they've yet to say anything. https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/International-Buyers-Paying-Domestic-Prices/m-p/14352...
Oh yeah I'll keep my eye on that thread too. Hopefully multiple threads on the same subject will help the cause. I had an email months ago saying they were sending my case to their technical department or something like that, never heard any more after that. Must've been around 3 months ago
I’m new to Etsy, it’s 30/11/24 and ive just encountered this problem. I see its been an issue since August 23 and still not fixed. I haven’t published any listings yet, they are all still in draft, but this problem is making me think twice about using Etsy. If I add in international delivery into the cost, I’m not sure I would get any sales if I charge £40 to £45 for a T-shirt with a small profit.
and still this bug goes on, and still it costs me money. Twice this week.
