Recently I've noticed some international orders have paid the "UK Price" rather than the "Everywhere Else" price. I thought it might have been a temporary bug, but again today I have received another international order that has paid the UK price. I've been back through international orders and have found more going back to January 2024. I offer free international delivery to certain countries, something that Etsy were very keen on international sellers doing with the "free" delivery to the USA over $35 USD.
I reported it via online chat (which took over half an hour for a response, even though it says response within 1 minute). I was initially told that my listing was showing only one price/the same price for both UK and "Everywhere else" - and that was going to be the end of the online chat. I said that wasn't the case and I sent a screenshot of my listings, showing the two different prices. The advisor then said that it was a known technical issue and it would be logged and reported. I asked how and when I would hear back about it and they didn't respond. I've been sending the orders out regardless as it's not for me to cancel or try to ask customers to pay the difference. From an old thread this has been going on a while, has anyone else experienced this or still experiencing it? And is there a fix please?
