I am a new seller on Etsy and just want to know if international buyers (outside India) are actuualy able to buy from my shop. I have set up paypal, but for some reason there was a red banner which said there is an issue. Etsy's cistomer care says paypal can be used and there is no problem. What would be the best way to know? Any help?
