Hi not sure if this is a tech issue and have already been in contact with Etsy, they weren't any help.
I have had 2 international sales this week where the fee they paid for shipping was less than my set fee.
I sent Etsy help screenshots of my shipping profile to show what I charge and how it shows in the listing. They said I changed it after these items were purchased. Which is not true. Any idea why this is happening?
