How Do You Start an Etsy Chat?

I'm a Star Seller. I've heard you can do an Etsy Chat if you are a Star Seller. I don't see how to do it. Thanks.

On your dashboard, bottom right corner, there is blue circle with a white bubble inside. Click on that and it should get things started.
