I'm trying to send a package to the Netherlands and the buyer has asked for the best possible shipping option. He purchased Priority Mail Express International but I see an option when creating the label to send it via FedEx which I'd like to do for him. However, when I complete the information and go to purchase and print the label, after clicking purchase it says "1 label failed to purchase." I can't figure out how to purchase the label. Any suggestions?
