Hi! If you sell DIGITAL items for Instant Download, please go to the Etsy app called 'Etsy: Home, Style & Gifts' with a classic white and orange logo (this app is usually used by buyers who don't sell on Etsy).
Then go to: You => Profile => Item => Shop policies (under 'Item details') and see:
'This item may take some time to prepare. Contact the shop if you need it by a specific date.

Pardon me, how to understand this random set of mutually exclusive words (that cannot be corrected)?
Can you imagine what our potential customers think of us, seeing this as 'Shop Policies' and assuming that the store owner came up with it him/herself?
I can only add that through web browser and 2 apps I see three different wording for 'Shop Policies'.
I wonder what is going on with other shops and whether you have noticed a drop in sales recently.
