Innacurate Star seller stats

Hi, I'm having issues for couple of months (5 months+)  now with my Star Seller badge. I'm  meeting all requirements however it seems that Message Reponse, Review and Speedy replies are not working thus unable to meet the criteria. Can you please check and fix these issues?

We are only other sellers here. We cannot fix anything. Did you download your data to see what you are missing? You did receive some less than 5-star reviews in August. You do have the shipping badge.

you have the shipping badge, you only had 3 reviews in the review period for a total of 14 stars = 4.6 average which is why you didn't get the review badge.

Your average review score for the 3 months for the November star is 4.6 so you’re not quite there. The 4 star review in August will drop off for the next star in December
