Info & Appearance won't update

Greetings,

I need to change some information on my shop home page. The new text shows in the edit mode, I save it, but it doesn't update on the actual page. 

If I go back to edit mode, my changes are still there. 

Can someone help please. This is not good. The info that is currently showing is inaccurate.

Try a different browser. Or just refresh the page after you Save and exit edit mode.

After editing, saving and going back to your store front, try refreshing the page.  That usually makes the changes take effect.

Whenever I edit a listing price, the original price still shows but only until I refresh the storefront page.

I did do this. Still didn't work. I can edit my listings no problem. But my shop page refuses to take the updated info. 

Its really a problem because there is info I really need to change on the shop page and can't.

@RabbitsMoonTarot: As suggested, refreshing a page often helps, and you could also try <CTRL><F5> to force the browser's cache for that page to update. Keep in mind that Etsy also does server side caching which can delay changes from being seen and there is nothing that you can do about that.

The other is info & appearance does not work for changing most things on a PC.

Shop editing is best done on shop home page.

Info and appearance does not work for several things.  It's about only good for the message to buyer now.

Go into shop edit on the shop page and do the editing from there.
