Index Issues?

Hello and Help! I started my shop in August and have a few sales. When I put other etsy seller shop names in the search bar, their store name AND store items shows up. However, when I do a search on my shop, my shop name show up, but none of the items in my store show up. Is this an index issue? Doesn't show up in Google either. It is also strange that I have not had a customer response since February. Something strange is going on. Any suggestions or help:

You are indexed. You can tell by searching within your shop a word you have in your titles.

If I search for your shop name ShaPeaDesigns it comes up find shops with this name, click on it and your shop comes up.

If I search for Psalm 37:23 your items show up on the 1st page.

But if I search for bible verse wall print art, I didn't see your items on the first 3 pages but there's also 25+ pages for that search term and your items are probably somewhere.

Not everyone will see the same thing in search.

I see your "it is finished" printable on the first line of search results.

When I search for your shop I see it & the 196 items you have available in our shop.

We don't all see the same things in search.

@LastCentury. So when I search your shop, I do not have to click on "Did you mean the shop LastCentury?" Your items automatically show up. But you have to actually click "Did you mean the shop ShaPeaDesigns?" to see the items in my shop. I guess that's why I thought this was an index issue.

Your individual items will not come up when using your shop name as a search string, unless you add that as a tag.
