Incorrectly got my Star Seller Badge taken away

Hello. I did not get star seller this month, which is being cited as being due to not replying to messages. I always reply to every message.

@CicisCrochetsShop  You have no badges at all. That means you did not meet the $300 minimum

The minimum was reached since the OP has the shipping and reviews stars.

I feel your pain.  The exact same happened to me.  I’ve had my star seller since the beginning of the program.  I didn’t get a notification about a message either on my dashboard or the app, and poof, star seller gone.  Like you I ALWAYS respond to messages.  Have you had any resolution?

Same… I’ve had it ever since my first 3 months on Etsy. No solutions yet, but I only posted about an hour ago. I’ll update if I figure anything out!

Is it giving you an explanation because the same thing happened to me and I was 100% on everything and I made over $300 in sales but it’s saying I violated a policy but they never emailed me about anything and I’ve searched my entire account. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone.
