Incorrect star seller data

It seems we have hit every mark to get star seller and we don't have it, can you please explain why???

Badges are awarded on the 1st of the month. The data you see on your dashboard is for the Feb. star.

When was your first sale? Based on your first review, looks like it may have been November sometime?

You need to have been on etsy for 90 days from the date of your first sale before etsy will award the badge. If 90 days isn't' before Feb 1st, you won't get the badge then and will have to await March 1st before the badge can be awarded.
