Incorrect review totals

From the start of this year to present I have 22-5star reviews. On the star seller page it is only showing I have 20-5star reviews. I reached out to get help and the lady said there was nothing she can do to change it. I can provide all the 5 star reviews. I really would like this updated so it can give me the correct rating for the star seller.

Yes I have 1 but I got that in feb and still made star seller for March. I got only 5 stars in march

I agree that the average is 4.76. 

Etsy does not round that to 4.8, which is what would be required to get the SS. 

Instead it generally appears like they just drop the hundredth spot, which leaves it at 4.7

So there are 21 5 stars, not 22.

The average of all those stars (reviews) is 4.76. Add the total number of stars and divide by the number of reviews.

The review period that will be awarded April 1 includes all reviews from Jan/Feb/March. I just added up all that you listed above, and it comes to 4.76 (short of the 4.8 needed for star seller for this period)

You probably got it for March because you had no lower-rated stars for Dec/Jan/Feb? 

Regardless, etsy's help page on star seller states that they will not manually adjust anything having to do wit star seller
