Incorrect response time recorded

Hi there,

The response time to Karla stated that she message me on 3/17/23 which is not correct. I reached out to her as a buyer on 3/27, we message back and forth a few times that day. she didn’t contact me prior as she is the seller. Would you be able to fix this so that I can get my star seller batch?

Bibi this is FORUMS no one at ETSY is here. This is not how you fix your problem. They do have moderators who monitor the forums for content and conduct. but you will not get any help from Etsy Corporate thru the Forums. That being said  I do not even look at my Star seller status. It means ZERO to the success of my shop. Most months I do achieve the "AWARD" but like I said it means ZERO I have all ways done the things that they track BECAUSE it is GOOD BUSINESS not because I need or want their "Gold STAR"  I used to like getting GOLD STARS in pre school. But not so much as an adult. Star Seller is ETSY's idea of how to motivate a shop to do the things we all should want to do because it is good business. Those that don't will fail in the long term those that do will have a better chance of success.  Ship on time. Reply to questions or queries promptly. And make a fantastic product that generates good reviews. When I do those things MY  CUSTOMERS tell me how good I am the star seller is just glitchy in my opinion. Any way thought I would try and help you.
