Incorrect order status (says late w/out tracking)

My star seller tracking spreadsheet says that I shipped an order late and that it did not have tracking. I checked my order history and the order in question shipped on time with tracking through the USPS. I marked the order as complete and entered the tracking information on the ship date. The order itself shows the tracking number with all the transit details. How do I get this fixed?

@WeDoThatToo: This issue has been addressed in many threads on this forum. How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats will auto update.

@WeDoThatToo: This issue has been addressed in many threads on this forum. How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats will auto update.

did you enter the tracking number AT THE SAME rime, as you marked it shipped, or a day later?

How did you enter the tracking numbers? If they were keyed in, there could be a mistake. Even when copy and pasting, if there is an extra space at the beginning or the end, Etsy's system can not read it (it's really not that advanced).

I am having the same problem. I print all my postage through Etsy, so tracking is automatically part of the label and does not have to be keyed in. The Star Seller program is insisting I've shipped six orders without tracking, which isn't possible....

Unsure if it's a glitch or if orders aren't counted until they're scanned in?? If that's the case Etsy needs to be transparent about orders not counting as "tracked" until an actual scan happens.
