Incorrect on Etsy since year???

This may not seem like a big deal, but it definitely is to me. In this new page format it's saying that I've been on Etsy since 2010, but I've been selling on Etsy since 2007. I've put in a lot of time on here. I have one of the longest running shops, so I want my 3 missing years back, please. Thank you!

I just checked another shop that opened in 2007, and that shop also lost 3 years. Very interesting....Why???

I really hope that it's a technical issue and will be corrected. it's false information, so it needs to be corrected. For some reason it really upset me...It's disrespectful.

The year is correct in the About section, but open one of the shop's listings and scroll down just past the reviews & the photos from reviews.
On the left is a new area showing some shop details & the last line shows "On Etsy since 2010", for @LilybelleGrace

Seems as though this new specs section on the listing pages is a test.  My guess is that this is another iffy Etsy test that is still being worked on. Every user does not see this new section.  I don't see it in anyone's shop.  Tests are usually run on users, not on shops.

Yes, my "years on Etsy" count is incorrect too. Two years off.

Mine is off too but I don't particularly care. It was 2010 one day recently and today it says 2014 but is in a new place.

I've actually been here since 2005 and was one of the first few thousand people to sign up. My user number is something like 2223.

In another Thread, Seller TheOldBarnDoor noticed the Seller Number does not go higher than 14. And yes, it's inaccurate.

Mine is also incorrect, I have been an active seller since 2007. I have been here for 18 years, but it reads "14 years on Etsy". Those other 4 years are important.

Their AI is abysmally stupid and can't count past 14.  Probably not worth fixing since it seems to be a test.  Although there's no guarantee it'll change, if they do make it permanent.  I've said it before... there is no rearview mirror on the clown car.

We've been on since 2016, says 8 years. I really don't understand what was wrong with the way it was before. Also, why can people not see our sales now, you used to be able to click in and see what sold. Also, still HATE the announcements section at the bottom of the page.
