Incorrect delivery dates 12 days more than what I have set in the settings.

Since February 12th I have had a problem with the delivery options and over the last 3 months I have contacted Etsy support by chat at least 3 times for help, but no one has helped me so far and the delivery option in my profile still reports incorrect delivery dates 12 days more than what I have set in the settings. 

I have received the same response 3 times in 3 months that "This is a general problem that has affected a large group of users and that they will let me know when they fix the problem."

I am asking for help from someone from Etsy human support. They cannot have not solved this problem in 3 months!

I’m seeing May 28-June 16 for delivery to me in the US. That seems reasonable for going such a long distance.

I use DHL air express delivery of 1-4 days and this is the main delivery that is set in the delivery settings. I don't use another one because my shipments were getting lost and I had a problem with customers. But the profile doesn't report this correctly.

And now it seems that someone has set 14 days for delivery at a general level, which is not correct.

It's been happening on my shop too and the only way I've found to fix it is to go into the delivery profile and alter the mailing class, then change it back again and save. It then gives the correct timeframe for a day only, and reverts to the incorrect ones again at 9am GMT, so I have to alter it on a daily basis. May be worth trying to see if this fixes it for you. It's absurd and needs fixing properly - as you say, to not fix it for 3 months is ridiculous.

I should also mention that to check if the fix has worked, if you've recently looked at one of your listings to see the incorrect time frames, don't go straight back to that listing, check another with the same delivery profile - the listings you've recently checked won't update for you until later in the day.

This has been happening to us for a few months too and there is no way to fix it.

Generally, for international deliveries , the package takes about 15 business days to be delivered from the time of purchase.

On almost all items it indicates a delivery date of June 9 to July 15!

Absurd!!!

I think this is misleading to potential buyers and discourages in purchasing .
