I have an error in the report for order shipping stats. The report says my order shipped late and didn't have tracking but the order shipped early and does in fact have tracking which was put into the tracking field as always. This should be corrected.

Go to Star Seller on your Dashboard, click in the postage box and download the data to see which one Etsy deems did not meet its criteria.
This happened to me as well! I contacted Etsy and a rep was helping me, then was off a few days. Another rep tried to help and didn't understand everything that we already tried and then closed the issue. Nothing has happened since. My shipping carrier (Shippo) has their engineering team look at it and stated it was an issue with Etsy Order Management page.
