I had a Star Seller badge before each month, but it seems I will not get a badge for June.
I write here with the hope that this technical issue can be sold somehow...
I sell digital prints and printed prints. My shop is located in Finland and we have here insane shipping costs. So, I use the help of a US-based print shop to print and ship my prints.
They have an offer to ship to Canada, Australia, and some countries from Asia by FedEx Cross Border without tracking - it's the cheapest option I usually use.
Though parcels were printed and shipped by them in time, the Etsy system counts this non-trackable option as an absents of a tracking number and that parcel was shipped late or not shipped at all.
I hope Etsy technical support team can fix it and I get a Star Seller badge for a June)
If someone knows how to fix it from the seller's side I'll appreciate the advice.
For Star seller, all orders over €10 require tracking.
Those are the requirements.
It's because you did not include tracking.
It's the same for everyone, it's the way star seller works, no tracking over $10, no badge
and some countries it's worse, no integration with aftership - no badge
Fix what? The system worked correctly. You either add tracking or you don’t. It’s up to you to decide whether the star or lower costs is better for your business.
