Lates messages that don’t exist

I haven’t missed a late message I’m the entire time the star seller program has been around. Been a star seller since the start. It’s saying that I missed 3 messages recently. Never showed up in my app, no email, no notification. I still responded in a 24 hour window but they are still being labeled as late. What gives?

Same here. I did download my messages and according to the date of the message Etsy claimed that I answered after 24 hours, it does not even exist. No such message on said date at all.
