Incorrect calculation for Star Seller: On-time shipping & tracking

Hello,

Tell me please, are the data for determining the star seller taken for 3 months on the 1st day of the new month? That is, on January 1 it was calculated the data for December, November and October? Is it correct?

On January 1st I received a report that 4 orders were sent on time and 4 orders were late. Total orders are 8.

But in fact I recalculated my orders for those 3 months and I have only 25 orders for 3 months. But not 8.

Yes, I uploaded the report file - there are 8 orders.

I contacted tech support, they advised me to write about my problem here.

Please, Help me figure this out and what to do?

Thank you, I read that discussion, unfortunately there are no clear explanations there either. It's very sad that there is no help and clear explanations from tech support.

Even if you take the data for December and November, or for January, December and November... no matter how you look at it, the data is absolutely far from real.
