Incorrect Star Seller Status

Lost the Star Seller Status for May.  A buyer requested the purchase be refunded due to buying in error.  The order was immediately canceled and refunded to them.  Yes, both canceled and refunded same day.

If the Star Seller is going to impact our shops there needs to be an appeal process for review.

I'm guessing you didn't answer that message.  refunding and cancelling is a totally different action not related to star seller.  star seller bot just sees a message hanging there with no response.  there is nothing to appeal.  I didn't used to answer those messages.  Now I send a thank you, or done, thank you.
