It’s not the end of the world but my calculations report for last month said I had not responded to a buyer within 24 hours which is not accurate. Everyone received timely responses.
The report will be correct. Go to your Star Seller screen, click in the messages box and download the message report and it will show you which one was not responded to in time.

they are highlighted in BLUE, so you can't miss them
if one was a "help request" they are separate, as they start the 48 hour clock for a case to be opened, you do really, really have to reply to them.

You can just reply and say something like "replied in your other message"

Did you make any purchases during the assessment period? Messages from sellers about purchases you made also require a response or to be marked as spam within 24 hrs. Etsy doesn't read our messages (thank goodness), so every message you receive counts.
Yes I’ve seen it. I responded to a buyer in her original message but not her second one which showed up as a separate message. If I had responded to her there it would have been repetitive to her. There was no need. It’s disappointing to not be able to appeal this. I work very hard.
