Stat incorrect as all orders purchased and shipped go out within 24hr or purchase and tracking is entered that day as well. The only two items that dont have a tracking number were ones that were cancelled so never shipped and no tracking needed. Also my most recent sale shipped the day of purchase and tracking added also that day yet my score went down following this sale. Need some help with getting this corrected to reflect accurately my customer service. Thank you
@LetsTurnThisAround: This issue has been addressed in several threads on this forum. Have you checked the appropriate CSV file to see which orders Etsy thinks do not have tracking?
How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. It often takes a day or two after the package has been scanned for the CSV file to correctly show tracking and shipment status.
It also appears that orders without a processing time will count against the Star Seller metric.
Etsy REQUIRES valid tracking info … it appears many sellers are either using a non-compliant shipping company &/or entering non-compliant tracking information. Many sellers think they can bypass the Etsy rules by entering a bogus tracking code for self pickup/delivery, when in fact by doing so actually counts against the STAR SELLER metrics.
For the 2 items you did not ship - did you fully refund AND also cancel?

Is it showing as Pre Transit?
I posted about this earlier in the week as well. I haven't gotten any fixes from Etsy but I am going to contact them again to see if they can correct the error so it stops bringing down my star seller percentage.
