Incomplete Ads statistics

Hi,

In the detailed statistics of the listings, I am not provided with the statistics for ROAS, Orders, or Revenue. These are the most important statistics. So, when I make sales, the stats show only the amount spent and the number of clicks, but they don't tell me which targeted keyword brings the sale.

Some ads with limited viewing will not show stats to protect the buyers privacy.

I don't think that's the issue. They are pinpointing a keyword with a sale and only 8 views. Also, how would I know what keyword was used by which customer when there are hundreds of views?

Etsy ads favors Etsy. The info you need to make an informed decision is hidden. That’s how it operates, Etsy controls the keywords, price of the keywords and when and where your ads are shown.
