Make sure you are using a browser and not the app
It's a browser, not an application
I have encountered that before. I believe it is an internet problem or a server issue. That should usually clear up. I would try again in a little bit, or if still not working, the next day after any bugs get cleared. Also, make sure you are on the internet. Just tonight, I had trouble publishing listings on the app.
I posted the property on the web, not on the app. Maybe there is a network problem. I need to check it out.
I'm having a similar issue with a few listings. Not all, just 3 of them so far. I can't edit them at all in any way right now. Can't fix a typo, change any text or update variations or photos or anything. I have been going back and forth with support for over a week now and the listings still won't work. I had to deactivate them for now because I can't update the variations. Support keeps telling me the most random things to try to fix it, none of which apply or are the reason or whatever. Example- they say this happens due to having 'other' selected as the shipping carrier. That's great except we haven't been able to have 'other' for a while now and none of the listings use 'other'. Or try adding a variation to the listings for a workaround, that should work. You can remove it later but it needs to have at least 1 variation blah blah. Umm yeah the listings already have variations. on and on, you get the idea. My theory....they have absolutely no clue why the error is happening.
I also sent emails to the customer service, but they just replied to some robot emails and didn't tell me the specific problem. If it was a shipping problem, I would need to make some modifications and try it out. There were also many people who said it was a string problem, and I also made modifications.
